• Clear photos of the issue
• Packaging photos

If approved, a replacement or store credit may be issued at our discretion.

We are not responsible for:

• Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
• Lost/stolen packages marked as delivered
• Carrier delays once the package has been shipped
• Damage caused by misuse, improper application, or improper storage of products
