Due to the sanitary nature of professional beauty products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations once an order has been placed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date at support@dvrkofficial.com.

To help us resolve your claim as quickly as possible, please include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the product(s)
• Clear photos of the shipping box and packaging
• A brief description of the issue

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.

If your claim is approved, DVRK OFFICIAL LLC may, at its sole discretion, provide a replacement, store credit, or another appropriate resolution.

We do not issue refunds or accept returns for:

• Buyer's remorse
• Accidental purchases
• Ordering the wrong product, curl, length, or quantity
• Dissatisfaction based on personal preference

We encourage customers to review their order carefully before completing their purchase. If you have any questions before ordering, we're always happy to help.

Shipping

Please verify that your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

DVRK OFFICIAL LLC is not responsible for:

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout
• Packages marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier
• Shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control
• Orders returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the order.

If your package appears to be lost in transit, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to begin a claim. If shipping protection is purchased at checkout (when available), claims must be submitted according to the shipping protection provider's guidelines.

Product Care

We are not responsible for damage resulting from:

• Improper application
• Misuse of the product
• Improper storage
• Normal wear after use
