During product launches, promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. If this occurs, we appreciate your patience and understanding.

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to guarantee changes to the shipping address, items ordered, or order cancellations, as processing may begin immediately. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Shipping Times

Shipping times displayed at checkout are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Responsibility

Once your order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

DVRK OFFICIAL LLC is not responsible for:

• Carrier shipping delays
• Lost or delayed packages while in transit
• Packages marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier
• Delivery delays caused by weather, holidays, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances

If you experience a shipping issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. We will gladly assist when possible, but we cannot guarantee the outcome of carrier investigations.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after your package has been scanned by the shipping carrier.
